Sounds like one of two things...

You were overtraining and not getting enough rest for your muscles or you weren't fueling the body properly. Take a multi-vitamin everyday, eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, spread your meals out into smaller meals throughout the day AND especially make sure you fuel the body properly right after a workout...nutrient timing is extremely important to muscle recovery for your next workout!
