I have a 19 and 22 and I use Blade-tech 2x pouch on my belt. Used the set up at Blackwater back in January of this year and worked like a charm. No problems with the mags falling out when climbing, running. No problems with getting the mags in/out and no problems with the quality...aka didn't fall apart after a full week of abuse.

I got the Tek-Lok versions ^_^
