When I'm in Chicago, I make it a point to go to Rosebud (awesome fusilli ala carbonara), Gibsons (for steak of course and you gotta like their dessert portions
), and Carsons (for ribs, the outstanding potatoes au gratin, and the Chocolate Blackout cake) . Getting hungry just thinking about it!
