Don't know if this is much help but we tested these new plates when our Team purchased the Paraclite System. They were made in Israel if I remember correctly. They had a jell filling. Looked just like Jell-O. The weight was lighter then any hard plates. So light that I didn't believe they would stop anything when I first held one in my hand. They were stand alone Level 4. They stopped multiple .308 Rounds and .223 green tip when we shot them. Paraclite had them. This was three years ago. The cost was $1800.00 per plate.
