I wish I could give my personal opinion based on facts I now from first hand knowledge ... but, I can't.

But, I'll say this ... we have the power to do a lot more with what we have on-hand right now. Why don't we? Well, that's where I can't opinionate. But, the experienced QPs on here know intuitively why that might be.

Lions must be in place to lead the lions.
