Beautiful work too. What gets me is how well proportioned it is. In a photo by itself there's no clue of how big it really is. I went back to the start of this thread just to review the original pictures and refresh my memory. Having seen it in Mr. Harsey's meathooks and then seeing the 5.5" GB knife next to it puts it into perspective. I can't wait to see what comes out of his shop next.
