New Cestari Video???
 

I spoke w/ Damian who handles the distribution and is involved with the production of the Carl Cestari videos today. I suggested that a video dealing with H2H while wearing LBE might be worthwhile. My thought was show some Fairbairn style stick work using the M4 as if one were in a room clearing, or other CQB, situation and the rifle runs dry or shits the bed for whatever reason.

Other things worth looking at might be; accessing a secondary weapon on the LBE while dancing w/ a BG, a review of some of the O'Neil method stuff, weapon gets grabbed/ muzzle averted while coming around a corner, maybe some QK type stuff w/ the M4. Basically taking the WWII Fairbairn and O'Neil stuff and showing it in a more modern context.

Anyone have any thoughts on what else should be included and most importantly... would you buy a copy if they did something like this?

Yes, I would. Great idea. I'm looking forward to hearing some of the thoughts on other things to add. One I can think of would be stairwells.

Oh, and Spanish sub-titles would be good also. ;)

I would be very interested to see some stuff on stairwell fighting as well as any other tight spot such as a closet or foyer.

I can think of a few people I know who would want a copy of said video (subtitles included)

Hey! Looks like it may happen. I saw Clint posted on LF that he'd talked to Carl about doing the video. Anyone who posts over there and has any suggestions for what you'd like to see included, please add them to the thread in the Hands On subforum.
