Shoulder pain

For the last 2 weeks I have had a burning pain in both my shoulders that I cannot get rid of. It is equal in both shoulders, a burning pain that is present all day long and is worse when I am lying down. When I get up it is probably at it's peak and during the day it is a burning pain accompanied by soreness/stiffness.

I would put the pain at a good 7 when I am just getting up and a constant 3-4 all day long. I am fairly sure that this is not from the arachnoiditis but I did have 5 stellate ganglion blocks in the summer of 03 for damage to the left radial nerve. Again though I can find nothing that links the blocks to shoulder pain.

I have no pain in the neck or the upper back, no stiffnes or burning other then the shoulders.

The current meds are below and I have been on all of them for sometime before the pain started except the lamictal which I was put on just last week to deal with some of the nerve issues from the arachnoiditis.

Oxycontin 20mg X3
Elavil 50mg X1
Naprosyn 500mg X2
Lamictal 25mg X1
