Blisters Self Help

When your boots have irrated a painful blister,,wet a cotton ball with mouthwash and apply to the broken skin before going to bed.THYMOL,a thyme oil compond found in mostmouthwashes, acts as an antiseptic to prevent infection and promote fast healing, while the menthol in mouthwash in mint -flavored varieties helps numb pain.

i got my first 3 blisters this past weekend at drill. first ones ive had in 6 months, of course i was trying out some new sock and boot combinations, but the boots where well broken in.

popped them bad boys, put on some skins' and stepped out. made all my times and nav points, hurt, but i loved it. im actually gonna call tomorrow to get one of the agr tabbed guys to take me out on some lanes and get extra work in. they said they would love to help us out in any way for SFAS :lifter

Blister?

Clean it up, disinfect it and put some superglue/dermabond on it. (Please allow it to dry before attempting to put your socks on)
