Using a drone for recovery of game or transporting more than Alice was built to handle?

This guy has what looks like a commercial drone that he uses to recover deer kill.

It looks like there are many, many opportunities for it's use.

For some reason when it lifted off with that deer I could hear theme music to MASH.
