Micro Wind Turbine
 

For those concerned about weight this micro wind turbine caught my eye. In the context of extended remote mission sets it could just fit the power needs while reducing battery loads.

That's a neat concept. Hope it gets developed and into production. There is rarely a shortage of wind in the high country and even on the high plains there is plenty of wind.

It would definitely be a nice piece of kit to have for backup situations.
