Josh Betten came to the SIGDET immediately following the Q Course. I had the good fortune to work with him as a friend and mentor when I was an NCO and later an O. I've heard a bit about his actions that resulted in his SS and I'll just say that I'm proud to call him a friend and former co-worker. He takes his job very seriously and I wouldn't be surprised if he was a Team Daddy or Co. SGM one day. It was his second tour in the Stan.
