From a former baseball pitchers perspective, I have always worked out my legs constantly. In my gym, I've always had a bunch of guys laugh at me and question why I do legs. They all are part of the bench press and bicep curls only, no squat, no deadlift crowd.
Now there are a lot of women in the gym I go to squatting, deadlifting, and weightlifting. From what I've seen, they have less of a tendency to drop "large" amounts of weight on the floor for no reason, and have much better form...
Or maybe I'm just paying more attention to them. :munchin
It certainly seems to motivate the male crowd when a woman is squatting more than they are. :lifter
