Nice, Penn. Reminds me (though I'm not making comparisons) of some cold weather training and ritual purification with cold water done in martial arts. Kangieko is the cold weather training, and mizugori the cold water purification/bathing. Here is a short video, something that those who participated in the FTX in Korea can probably relate to.
