President Barack Obama's administration says that it costs more than $800,000 a year to keep a captie at Guantanamo. Deducting intelligence and court costs could reduce that figure to $380,000.

Colorado Supermax: 3,210 prisoners @ $38,091 ea
Guantanamo: 171 prisoners @ $ 800,000 ea
