Shark fishing
 

The Pope is on his last visit to the United States and is on vacation in Galveston, Tex. He's being driven along the seawall in his "Popemobile" when he is horrified to see John Kerry in the jaws of a large shark. Just then, a speedboat comes alongside and George W. Bush fires a harpoon into the side of the shark. The other occupant of the boat, Dick Cheney, pulls Kerry from the jaws of the shark and then both Bush and Cheney proceed to beat the shark to death with baseball bats.

The Pope seeing all this shouts out, "It's wonderful to see that you have put all your differences aside and saved your opponent!", and continues his drive along the seawall.

Bush looks at Cheney and says "Who was that guy?" and Cheney replies "That was the Pope George, he is God's representative here on earth and knows all there is to know about religion."

Bush responds, "He might know all there is to know about religion, but he don't know squat about shark fishin..............how's our bait holdin up?"
