Faces Caving In??!!!
 

Someone giving us our med brief mentioned something about biting flies causing people's faces to cave in, what in the hell were they talking about?? I have never heard that before.

They're trying to scare you into washing your hands.:munchin

...couldnt be mucormycosis (zygomycosis). Ive seen this twice in the transplant population tx involving extensisve debridment of craniofacial lesions. Of course these are immumosuppresed people not strong healthy young soldiers-

Did you actually listen to the briefing or just look at the pictures? I have a hunch there was a little more information given on this particular topic in the briefing. :rolleyes:
