Restaurant recommendations for Lexington, KY?

I'll be travelling back and forth to Lexington, KY often for the next little while - never been there, so dining/entertainment tips welcome.

Man I can't believe I never saw this thread...

Exit 104 Pure Gold. The name says it all. A definate must see.

Most chain restaurants around there are all the same. Richmond which is just south of there has some good local stuff.
