Procellera Wound Care with Prosit
I met the guys that own this company the other day while teaching a TCCC course. This new bandage they are preaching about sparked my interest. Anyone have any experience with it? Here is the link to the bandage, I believe the website has some informal case studies.

Not sure if it is for sale right now, but i'm sure he will hook up any medical professional or 18D with some to try out. Shoot me a pm and I will try to put you touch with the right folks.

Looks promising... I will shoot them an email and see what they have to offer and what literature and data they have compiled...

this does not appear to be for field use...this stuff is for rear eschalon use. I read their case studies, looked at all of the pics and videos. Seems like a good idea, but debridement needed to happen and likely did happen for one open chronic wound they showed. No product to date can take care of necrotic tissue (unless your a maggot) and their video makes you believe the product cleaned the wound. Good for a wound care specialist to have access to but field/prehospital, nah, save your dollars. ss |
