Reference the 25SEP Islam on Capitoll Hill "Prayer Day" - Stop Islamization in America (SIOA) is working on a counter demonstration to highlight the dangers of creeping sharia. SIOA is the American version of Stop Islamization of Europe (SIOE).

I've spoken to the organizer - Kendra Adams - and she is the real deal...knows her stuff and is well intentioned.

I've personally donated $200 to help the cause and am asking you donate what you can and ask friends and co-workers to do the same.

This can turn out interesting, VERY interesting. What would be the equal of this to a national prayer gathering or revival. Folks showing up while waving copies of DaVinci Code??? I for one, would like see a QP's suggestion here of showing up in crusader outfit :D

This can backfire though. Although unlikley, if thousands of this takiya-jihad-dawa event participants really show total restraint....they just might completely convince the MSM-driven masses that Islam is a religion of peace.

I've read the website and like what I see. I'll be sure to forward this to the College Republicans so we can gather the masses and come up with some sort of demonstration. Hopefully NORML and all the other organizations that preach tolerance at my school will be on board too ;).
