How do you deal with a society with half a population wishes death upon the other half. Who decides which morals and devices in which to follow. Any seeds of westernization are seen as a destruction of their own society yet they use such modern vehicles of fear and destruction? In Africa changes in power in tribes resulted in unstable living environment for decades.(follow the leader) I believe the same result will ensue with total destruction or long term welding and conforming to the angry fanatic fundamentalist which would create a disequilibrium and in turn a war with trading nations. Nations with relations are more likely to go to war than non trading nations as history would show. But the good news is the soldier won't be out of a job any time soon.
