Didn't even know I had a treasure
 

Hi Mr. Harsey,
Back in the day (the early 90's) my Dad was a serious knife collector and had a display that he took to all the shows called "Knives in American History". I had'nt been bitten by the bug yet. My Mom sent me the below item with a note that the author had been a guest speaker at the show (I'm guessing it was Eugene). I remember glancing at it and "hmm intersesting" but I was more into cars at the time. I put the book on a shelf and it eventually got boxed up. I found the book this past weekend while cleaning out the attic for my wife's yard sale. I looked at it twice and went "Holy Crap" I have a signed copy of Col. Applegate's book! Boy an I glad I never threw it out (bad mojo to sell or toss out gifts). Jusdt thought I'd share.
