Adventure Race, June 23, Highlands, NC to support Special Operations Warrior Fund

The Special Operations Warriors Foundation will again be the beneficiary of proceeds from the Special Operations Adventure Race (SOAR) to be held in Highlands, in the beautiful Western mountains of North Carolina on Saturday, June 23, 2007.

This year's event will feature 2 separate races:

A Sprint Race of 5 - 7 hours including running, rappelling, paddling, and mountain biking.
The Elite Race of 10-12 hours including running, mountain biking, paddling, rappelling, and orienteering

The race categories are:

2 person female team under 40
2 person male team under 40
2 person co-ed team under 40
Single under 40
Master (over 40 - divided into same categories as above)


Active military receive 1/2 off registration.
