Need to identify this round
 

We have been going round and round as what type of round this is. I am not going to give any of our thoeries as I do not want to bias any answers given here.

Soviet or Chinese recoilless rifle round, could be for an SPG-9, but looks more like it is the right size and configuration for a B10 82mm Recoilless Rifle, I would guess a HEAT round with an extended standoff fuze.

SPG9 HEAT round
The B10 is the predecessor to the SPG9.
The B10 was phased out during the '60's.
B10's are all over Afganistan.

It is a B10 round. The SPG 9 uses a separate propellent charge, looks more like an RPG round and is fired electrically.
