Bad News
 
MSG Ed Leblanc who I worked with on The 7SFG SFAUC Committee was killed in a Motor vehicle accident early this morning in Fayetteville. Ed was an outstanding SF Soldier and dedicated Team Medic, myself and the SF Community will miss him. My thoughts and prayers go out to his Family.

Damn, I just talked to him a few months ago.

We did a class for him and SFAUCC in Dec 2005. Ed was one of those guys who was always looking out for his people, and was fair to a fault.

This is a real kick in the gut. Ed was good people and this was a truely senseless accident.

Old '60s era 2-1/2 ton someone left in the road after a breakdown. Owner had not reported it missing yet, but someone had called the Highway Patrol a few minutes before when they drove by and saw it.

Ed hit it with his Toyota truck at nearly full speed.

Tough break, we lose a great NCO.

I was lucky enough to have Ed as my Team Sgt while on SFAUC. He was a great NCO and I will miss him. RIP Brother.
