Magazine Dump Pouches
I've been doing some research on 5.56mm 30 round magazine dump bags. I found a couple of old threads here that reccomend the EGL Dump bag:
Razor wrote: Get an EGL Low Profile Folding dumper. Takes up very little space until you need it, is PALS compatible to fit just about anywhere, and can be used for a host of functions besides dumping empty mags http://www.professionalsoldiers.com/...ead.php?t=8364 TR Wrote: • EGL Dump Pouch – Another great one. Keep partially loaded mags and spare ammo loose to top off during idle moments http://www.professionalsoldiers.com/...ad.php?t=11761 I conclued that EGL means Eagle and I found two dump bags: Eagle Industry dump pouches: http://www.eagleindustries.com/ search for DUMP BAG, two version pop up. I'm not sure exactly which dump bag Razor & TR are reffering to. In any evet, how does the EGL bag compare to the Spec-Ops dump bag? http://www.specopsbrand.com/ProductD...p?ProductID=35 Are there other dump bags to consider? Many thanks for your imput. :) |

I do not have your original email in front of me right now.... to further complicate matters I offer two sizes standard and XL LOPPY (low profile dump pouch) and require only *one* motion to completely open and deploy. For the most part, most folks opt for the standard that fits approx 7-8 m4 magazines and the XL about 15. What can I say people love to DUMP :lifter actually its more for SSE and bulky item retention. EGG |
