1st Step
Greetings All,
I'd like to once again thank the QP's who maintain and post on this site. There is an abundance of good-to-know and need-to-know information here that anyone who's going to attend SFAS or SFQC should read. That being said, I've just been selected for 18D with Spanish. Not being one to go running into anything without knowing as much as possible about it as I can, I sniffed out this website and I'm glad I did. Who better to lead you on the right path than the men who are already in the position you want? I even purchased the "Get Selected" book. For anyone not familiar with this book, there's a lot of useful information in it that helped me prevent and fix a lot of foot trouble regularly associated with SFAS. Regardless of the method, I give my thanks to the QP's who give there insight and share their experiences with up-and-coming candidates such as myself. |
Congrats on being selected.

Well done.
Now start studying or doing PT (back on your heads). :D Stay focused through the rest of the pipe. Best of luck, JM |
Congrats on being selected!

Read everything Doc, NousDefionsDoc, and Eagle5US have written.
They are who you want to be. This is a marathon, not a sprint. Do your best and remain focused. The Dean of the SF Med School, the Training Group CO, and the 7th Group CO are all friends of mine. Do not let us down. TR |
Congratulations!
and Good Luck! |
Congratulations!

You still have a long road ahead of you, stay focused, 25 meter targets! -skipjack |

Good Job! He is the winner who perseveres.
|
Job well done!
|
Thanks for all the advice. I'll be sure to do my best throughout the remainder of the pipeline. I don't have to attend airborne school before I begin phase 2 so that should get me a slot soon. Till then, I'll be prepping my mind and body for the next hurdle. I definitely will get the job done, Sir.

Congratulations. If it has 4 legs and neighs and is in a corral in Montana - it is a horse, not a zebra. But check for stripes anyway. Especially if Rocky Sir is around. And that's all I'm saying about the 18D course.
Ahora cereza (ni siquiera) dejes de hablar mierda en la red. Si no estas estudiando, jeta al piso! Thank you Sir. |
Well done, don't quit.
Buy the anatomay coloring book NOW and the physiology coloring book NOW as well as a set of good colored pencils (about 50 colors). Have the books completed by the time you report to Fort Bragg. You will be amazed how far ahead of the game you will be. Your foot is in the door, time to really get your head into the game. Good luck. Gracias Jefe Segador... Eagle |
Buy your Taber's and Merck now - and read, read, read - pneumonia is something that can kill you, Especially if Rocky is still there.
Good Luck - and remember - your brain will be full at the end of each day - but PT packs that information down and gives more storage room. |
