Based on recent events (BHO's election and his anti second amendment stance, CNN reporting (http://edition.cnn.com/2008/US/10/03/army.unit/) that 3rd ID is training for deployment inside the US), what's the current vibe regarding Posse Comitatus?
If BHO were to try to disarm Americans via the passage of bill S2433 (and the subsequent acceptance of the UN's Millenium Declaration), or were to impose martial law for illegal/unconstitutional purposes, or would violate the Constitution in some grave manner, would elements of the US military comply with his direction to suppress fellow Americans?
