I bought a used Weber 18" Smokey Mountain on FB Marketplace on Saturday. Smoked a meatloaf on it Sunday. Delicious. Forgot to take pictures.
Also smoked a spatchcocked chicken on the Weber kettle on Sunday.
There's been lots of smoked meats on our dinner plates this week.
