RIP Sir

Thank you for the witty and great advice you offered while I was making my way through the course and on a team.

Really a loss to the community, this site and the Regiment. You will be missed. Rest easy and if there is anything we can do for the family please let us know. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I feel deeply sorry. Although I didn't know him in person Colonel Moroney had struck a cord in me just by reading his words on this board. I shall surely miss him and I can just imagine how much those close to him will miss him. RIP Sir, my thoughts are with you and your family.

Rest in Peace, Sir.

Even as an outsider, you could tell that he was special...what and how way he wrote, his mentoring, the history that he was, his posts about his land or the "woodchucks"

You will be missed

I will miss all the posts Col. Moroney posted to this site- I always looked forward to seeing what words of wisdom he would put down. May he find a place more beautiful than the one he has left. Our prayers to his family in this most difficult time. RIP sir.
