Well, after all the trouble of changing branches and tryouts and workouts.... I can say that it was worth it.
I have been selected and am now blessed to start the long road of begining the Q course and chasing that oh so coveted beret.
Thanks to all of you for the knowledge shared on this website. I took all of the QPs advise into my training and prep before attending this course.
Now to go workout some more to prep for the next goal

Selected Class 01-15, 18A. After all the years on this site the best advice I took away was to show up in shape with a positive attitude, the rest took care of itself.

Congratulations to both of you. Best of luck as you continue on.

You misunderstand me. I'm not saying there was anything easy about SFAS. I'm saying the HARDEST part was committing to actually going.

My father was in Korea for 2 years and my grandfather fought there from 51-53. My father still remembers bits and pieces of the language but said its hard as shit to get the pronunciations right. And congrats by the way.;)

Selected, 18D, January 2015.

I've been looking forward to making this post for a long time. Thanks to all the QP's for providing such a great resource for all of us working hard to follow in your footsteps.

Selected! Class 04-15 18D. Starting SOCM end of the month! Thanks to all the QP's who helped me along the way! The site was immensely helpful!

Best thing about SOCM is being 7 months in suddenly get the feeling that SOCM is just now actually "starting" in trauma 2.

Selected 06-15. 18D. Thank you QPs for the advice and helping square me away.
