Can anyone explain the above quote from the article, because as far as I know General Yarborough wasn't in command of the school house in 1968. His watch was from 1961 to 1965.

I will never forget when I was SOC CO for the SFOC's final field exercise in late 69 that he ordered me to keep an eye on all SF MD's. He was tired of their moon lighting in local hospitals and wanted them where the troops were. A rare breed is gone. A tip of the beret sir. RIP.
