much to be thankful for

1. I will PCS to Ft. Bragg. Sure there's plenty experience in Germany, but as one QP said, Bragg is the center of universe and to me personally, it may as well be the holy grail:D

2. While hunting the CZ P07 with the latest serial numbers so it's free of mag problem, I came across Smyrna Police Distributor where all glocks even the newest Gen 4 are $399 and they come with 3 mags! If you're LEO, military, or GSSF member, this is the place to save over $150+. I don't know what pistol is best and all that, but Glocks sure know how to run a good business and create faithful, returning customers.

3. My double tap time has shrinked to .35, a fist apart, right on the aorta and middle lobe. I guess taking a long break sometimes does improve skill. Can't wait for the M9 portion at BOLC-B :)

Got up this morning to a safe environment, no fear of wild animals or miscreant humans.

Drank coffee grown in Hawaii.
The water for it was clean, safe, and sent to me via a public system.

Had eggs cooked in oil made from olives grown in the mediterranean, seasoned with spices grown in the caribbean.

Had some berries which were grown in California and Chile, with some lemon juice and sugar originally grown in Florida.

Came down to this neat little building where I have access to the sum of human knowledge at the press of a button.
Some people carry this capability around in their pocket.

All of this is available for a small fraction of a day's wages.

100 years ago, the wealthiest, most powerful people in the world didn't have it this good.

At this point in history, in this country, we want for little.
Don't understand why people buy the rich vs. poor argument offered by politicians.
The "poor" among us, aren't really poor.

Life is good.

This is as well-said as I have ever heard. Thanks...

I'll let Al Gore, with the 15,000 sf mansion with NO cfl bulbs until media "caught him" worry about the "carbon footprint!
